# Exams & Marks

> Schedule tests and record student marks

## Creating a Test

Go to **Exams → Create Test** and set:

* Test name (e.g. "Unit Test 1 — Physics")
* Batch
* Subject
* Date
* Total marks

## Entering Marks

After creating a test, click it to open the mark entry sheet. Enter each student's score. Absent students can be marked **AB**.

## Results & Ranks

Once marks are entered, the system automatically:

* Calculates percentage
* Assigns rank within the batch
* Flags students below a passing threshold

## Reports

Export test-wise or student-wise mark sheets as PDF or CSV from **Exams → Reports**.
