# Organisation Settings

> Configure your institute's core settings

## Basic Information

Go to **Settings → General** to update:

* Institute name
* Address
* Phone and email
* Logo

## Fee Settings

Configure late fee rules:

* **Late fee per month** — amount added after the due day
* **Late fee due day** — day of month after which late fee applies (e.g. 10)
* **UPI ID** — displayed on fee receipts for bank transfers

## Academic Year

ShikshaOS follows an **April–March** academic year. Set the current year under **Settings → Academic Year**.
