Go to Attendance to see:
  • Overall attendance percentage
  • Total classes: present, absent, late, and leave counts
  • Calendar view showing each day’s status
The percentage is calculated as: (Present + Late) / (Total - Leave) × 100

Low Attendance Warning

If attendance drops below 75%, the summary is highlighted in amber. Contact your institute immediately if you see this — sustained low attendance may affect eligibility for exams.

WhatsApp Alerts

If your institute has WhatsApp notifications enabled, a message is sent to the parent’s phone each time the student is marked absent.
