Organisation Code

What is the Organisation Code?

An optional 6-character code that every user must enter at login — in addition to their phone/email and password. It prevents outsiders from accessing your institute’s data even if they obtain a valid password.

Setting the Code

Go to Settings → Organisation Code and enter a 6-character alphanumeric code (e.g. TRI001).

Sharing the Code

• Share with staff and teachers via your internal group
• Include it in the welcome message sent to parents and students at admission

Changing the Code

You can change the code at any time from Settings. Existing logged-in sessions remain active — only new logins require the new code.

Removing the Code

Clear the code field and save to disable it. All users can then log in without a code.
