Creating a Test

Go to Tests & Marks → Create Test and set:

• Test name (e.g. “Unit Test 1 — Physics”)
• Batch (one or more batches)
• Subject
• Date
• Total marks

Entering Marks

After creating a test, click it to open the mark entry sheet. Enter each student’s score. Mark absent students as AB. The system automatically calculates:

• Percentage
• Letter grade (A+, A, B, C, D, F)
• Rank within the batch
• Pass / fail (pass mark = 35%)

Performance Chart

The Tests & Marks page shows a Test Performance Chart — a visual trend of average scores across recent tests per batch.

Filtering

Filter the test list by:

• Batch
• Subject

​

Editing and Deleting Tests

Open any test and use the actions menu (⋯) to edit the test details or delete it.

​

Student Performance View

Click a student’s name within a test to see their full mark history across all tests, including a trend chart.
