Overview

The Timetable shows a monthly calendar. Each day displays how many classes are scheduled, how many lecture logs exist, and how many exams are on that day. Click any date to view or add classes. Use the batch filter at the top to narrow the calendar to a single batch.

Before Scheduling

A batch must be fully configured before you can schedule any class for it:
  • Subjects must be added to the batch
  • At least one teacher must be assigned per subject in the batch
If a batch has no subjects or a subject has no teacher, the scheduling form will show an error prompting you to fix the batch first.

Scheduling a Class

  1. Click any date on the calendar
  2. In the day panel, click Schedule a Class
  3. Fill in the fields and click Schedule Class
You can schedule multiple classes for the same batch on the same date in one save by clicking Add another class.

Fields

The Teacher field does not appear when the type is Exam or Practice Session.

Class Actions (Day Panel)

Each scheduled class shows an action row: When a batch has multiple classes on the same day, a Copy all button appears on the batch header. This copies the entire day’s schedule for that batch as a single WhatsApp message — useful for batch group announcements.
Both Edit and Delete show a confirmation dialog before proceeding. Deleting a class removes it from the schedule permanently; it does not affect any lecture logs already created from it.

Recurring Schedule

Click Recurring (top right of the calendar) to schedule a class that repeats on selected days of the week over a date range. The form shows a live preview of how many classes will be created. Duplicates are skipped automatically. Maximum 200 classes per recurring batch.

Log All

When viewing a day panel, if multiple classes have teachers assigned and haven’t been logged yet, a Log all button appears. This creates lecture logs for all of them in one click.

Printing

Click Print to print or share the current month’s timetable view.

Teacher View

Teachers see only the classes assigned to them. The batch filter and admin actions (Edit, Delete, Schedule) are not shown to teachers.
