Overview Dashboard

The main Reports page is an analytics dashboard with summary stats and charts for the current academic year:

Revenue

Total fee collection with monthly trend chart

Expenses & P&L

Revenue vs expenses by month; profit/loss view

Fee Status

Collected vs pending vs overdue breakdown

Batch Stats

Student count and attendance % per batch

Top Defaulters

Students with the highest outstanding balances

Teacher Hours

Lecture hours logged per teacher

Enquiry Funnel

Lead pipeline from new to admitted

Cohort Analysis

Retention and collection rate by enrollment month

All tables on the reports page have an Export CSV button.

Dedicated Report Pages

Access detailed reports from the Reports sidebar:

Report	What it shows
Attendance Alerts	Students below attendance threshold in the last 2–4 weeks
Batch Performance	Per-batch: students, attendance %, fee collection rate, and grade
Cashflow Statement	Month-by-month income, expenses, and net cashflow
Course Fees	Fee collection breakdown by course
Fee Risk Scoring	Students scored by risk of non-payment (based on pending %, attendance, last payment)
Syllabus Completion	Chapter-wise syllabus progress per batch and subject
Target vs Achieved	Admission targets vs actual enrolled students per course
Teacher Report	Per-teacher lecture hours and ratings
Parent NPS	Parent satisfaction scores from in-app feedback

Exporting

All reports export as CSV. On Android, files are saved to the device’s Downloads folder.

Date Scoping

Revenue, expense, and P&L charts are scoped to the active academic year. Fee balances (collected vs pending per student) are not year-scoped — they reflect the student’s all-time balance.
