What is the Question Bank?

The Question Bank is a centralised library of exam questions organised by subject and chapter. Questions are shared across your entire organisation — all admins see the same bank.

Question Types

Adding Questions Manually

Go to Question Bank → Add Question and fill in:

• Subject
• Chapter / Topic
• Question type (MCQ or Subjective)
• Question text
• Options and correct answer (MCQ) or model answer (Subjective)
• Difficulty (Easy / Medium / Hard)
• Marks

AI Question Generation

Click Generate with AI to automatically create questions:

1. Select subject, chapter, difficulty, and type
2. For subjective questions, configure section-wise mark distribution
3. Click Generate — the AI creates a set of questions for review
4. Review and Save to Bank the questions you want to keep

Browsing and Filtering

Filter questions by:

• Subject
• Chapter
• Type (MCQ / Subjective)
• Difficulty

Analytics

The Analytics tab shows question counts by subject and chapter, and lets you identify gaps in coverage.

Question Bank is Org-Wide

The question bank is shared across all branches and admins in your organisation. Questions added by any admin or teacher are available to all.

Bulk Operations

Select multiple questions using the checkboxes and bulk-delete them in one action.
